Kebwear – Exchange & Support Policy

Overview

At Kebwear, we want you to love what you ordered. While we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, we are happy to help if something is wrong with your order.

If your item is incorrect or there is a problem with your command (order), we will replace it for you.

When we offer an exchange

We offer a free exchange in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item (different size, color, or product than what you ordered).

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or damage.

  • There is something wrong with your command (e.g., missing item, incorrect quantity).

In these cases, contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

What is NOT covered

We do not offer exchanges or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size chosen (unless we made the error – please check our size guide before ordering)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

How to request an exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a photo of the issue (wrong item, defect, etc.).

  3. We will review your request and confirm if the exchange is approved.

  4. Once approved, we will send you instructions to return the item (if needed) and ship your replacement.

Important notes

  • Exchanges are only for the same item (same style, size, and color, if available).

  • If the exact item is out of stock, we may offer a store credit or a different item of equal value.

  • You are not required to pay for shipping if the error is on our part (wrong item or defective product).

  • Items must be unused and in original condition unless the issue is a defect.
